Baby Massage Course

With Zen-A-Tots

Stephanie guides parents through massage strokes, teaching them how to understand their baby's needs and be aware of their cues, creating a peaceful and harmonious experience for parents and babies.

The massage will focus on relaxation and mindfulness, providing the perfect space for parents to unwind and recharge, leaving them feeling rejuvenated and ready to tackle the challenges of parenting.

Parents will learn different types of skills that will help calm their babies through the positive, loving touch of baby massage sessions.

Our baby massage free trial class is running on Friday the 4th of October.

After the trial, classes will be run on a monthly basis (£25 per class).

Appropriate from 4 weeks to pre crawling.
