Mum and Baby Yoga

Your instructor Veronica, will guide you through a gentle postnatal yoga class with your baby!

This class allows you to unwind and reconnect with your body while also incorporating your baby into the practice. Gentle stretches and calming poses, all while your baby is right by your side, enjoying the soothing atmosphere.

We provide a yoga mat for you and a mat for your baby.

(Class appropriate for babies from birth-12 months)

After the free trial, spaces will be provided in a 4 week basis (14:30-15:30 every Tuesday)
